More than just experts, they’re passionate mentors who are here to support you every step of the way. Whether you’re returning to study, looking to upskill, or starting something brand new, our tutors are committed to helping you build confidence and develop job-ready skills from day one.

Your certificate will include your name and the modules you have completed throughout your studies. You will also receive a certificate of attainment for each module you complete. You may have multiple modules that contribute to your overall certificate.

Once you successfully complete all of your modules, your certificate will be emailed to you. You will also find a copy of each attainment on the Learning Platform under ‘Completed Certificate’

At Animal Academy, we focus on delivering real-world skills through industry-led training. While your course certificate adds value to your resume, true success in practical industries comes from your hands-on skills, technique, and experience — not just the qualification alone.

Some courses include mandatory training components designed to ensure you meet the highest standards of care and professionalism. These must be completed before progressing to certain stages of the course, such as working directly with animals or clients.

It’s also important to understand that while our training is designed to help you build job-ready skills, we cannot guarantee employment outcomes. Just like university degrees, securing a role in your chosen field can depend on a variety of factors — including your interview skills, personality, experience, and the specific requirements of potential employers.

Good things take time and we understand that you may need more time to perfect your skills. Extensions are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
